Pimping the blog

April 25th, 2006 2:05:31 pm pst by Sterling Camden

Recent flurry of posts regarding blog promotion:

Guy Kawasaki gives us the evangelical marketing approach. Dave Winer: Disclaim: Scripting News does not meet the high standards of 120-day blogger Guy Kawasaki.

I found Alec Saunders’ treatment far more interesting. Learned some things about optimizing for Google and other technical considerations that earned a del.icio.us tag for this post. (Thanks Randy Charles Morin).

Finally, TDavid always treats this subject well, and follows his own advice. I’ve personally benefited from the interesting conversations we’ve had in his comments section, as well as from the link-love from his disabling of rel=nofollow.
